Terms & Conditions e9win – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1General Terms & Acceptance

E9win is an online sports betting and casino platform operating under a valid international licence. e9win's services cover Sports Betting (football, badminton, e-sports, and more), Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, and all other products available on the e9win platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and e9win. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy e9win, all of which together form the entire agreement between both parties.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use e9win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the e9win platform.
• Having an active Malaysian phone number and may be verified for account security purposes.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Acting in your own personal capacity – not on behalf of any other person, company, or entity.
• Not accessing the e9win platform from any region or jurisdiction that specifically restricts or prohibits the use of such services.

E9win reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3User Account

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your e9win username and password confidential. e9win will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. e9win reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 on inactive account balances. You will be notified via your registered phone number before any fees are applied.

3.3 Identity Verification

E9win may require identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or where suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a valid MyKad or passport copy. This verification process is in place to protect your account and maintain platform security for all members.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

E9win accepts the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Digital Banking: DuitNow
• FPX Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all Malaysian banks participating in the FPX network

All financial transactions at e9win are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). e9win does not accept any foreign payment methods or currencies other than RM.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before making a withdrawal, you must ensure that all wagering requirements associated with any bonus received have been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will be automatically rejected by the system. e9win reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a 30-day period.

4.3 Player Funds

All funds deposited by members are held in accounts separate from e9win's operational funds. This ensures that your money remains safe and can be returned to you at any time, regardless of e9win's business circumstances.

5Bonuses & Promotions

E9win offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and eligibility criteria stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all e9win bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, IP address, or shared payment method.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new member who have never previously registered an e9win account.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 18x total of deposit + bonus which must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds are only counted on eligible games as specified in the respective promotional terms.
• E9win reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Bonus value that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on e9win are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details are correct before confirming your bet slip. e9win reserves the right to void bets placed on matches that had already started or concluded before the bet was accepted, or in cases of obvious odds errors.

Where a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the specific league or event rules state otherwise. The official result declared by the relevant sports governing body will be used as the basis for settling bets.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games at e9win – including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, slots, and all other games – use independently audited RNG or live dealers operating under standard game rules. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during an active game, e9win reserves the right to void or correct the affected transactions. e9win will make every effort to resolve technical issues fairly for all parties involved.

7Prohibited Conduct

Use of the e9win platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violating any of these may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud and Money Laundering – any attempt to use e9win for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors – exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automated software – using any automated program, script, or tool to place bets or play in place of a human.
• Collusion – colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.
• Opening multiple accounts – registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or circumvent imposed restrictions.
• Providing false information – providing a false name, date of birth, phone number, or any other identifying information during registration or identity verification.
• Unauthorised access – any attempt to access e9win's systems, databases, or restricted areas without authorisation.

E9win employs advanced fraud detection technology and works closely with payment providers to identify suspicious activity. Any activity suspected of being fraudulent will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

8Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your e9win account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@e9win.best. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you through the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

8.2 Suspension by e9win

E9win reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or strong suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provided false information during registration or verification.
• There is a requirement to comply with directives from regulatory bodies or legal authorities.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, e9win reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and associated winnings. Any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is concluded, within a reasonable timeframe.

9Liability Cap

E9win provides its services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. By using the e9win platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Betting and gaming involve financial risk, and e9win is not liable for any financial losses incurred while playing.
• E9win does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability – scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages are part of normal operations.
• E9win is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Should e9win be found liable for any direct loss you have suffered, e9win's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection

E9win is fully committed to protecting the privacy of all its members. The collection, processing, and use of members' personal data is conducted in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. 12Amendments to Terms

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which e9win is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the e9win platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal action is pursued.
